I am banned from Digg.com and cannot login and I did't do anything illegal. Here is a reasonable explanation for this, I am one of the victims of such cencorship! What the fuck are you doing, Digg.com? At least i can still browse the site.
(Updated: The problem is solved! I wrote them a email yesterday concerning about the issue, they asked me to test my ip address on digg.com/iptest. After i gave them the result, it took them less than 1 hour to solve the problem! And now it is back to normal! To be honest, their support team really did a very effective job on this! But why did they make such mistake at the first place?)
